Amity Walk for Living Water is an annual event in response to the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and to commemorate World Water Day. The event aims to raise awareness about the importance of conserving water resources.
This experiential walkathon requires participants to carry bamboo sticks and water buckets along designated routes, allowing them to experience firsthand the difficulties faced by people living in water deprived areas. The funds raised through this event will be utilized to build drinking water and sanitation facilities in those areas.
Each participant in the walk will receive an SDG pin and a certificate of participation!
